Binance has seen minimal effects from US regulators' $4 billion fines. The exchange experienced an outflow of $17 million in Ethereum and $956 million in Bitcoin in one day.

However, Binance's total holdings value slightly increased over the last 12 hours, from $64.6 billion to $65.2 billion. Binance's token holdings include Binance Coin, Solana, Chainlink, Shiba Inu, and Polygon.
