Whales hoarding Bitcoin: Wallets with 100+ BTC hit 17-month high

Bitcoin whales have reached a 17-month high, with over 283 wallets holding at least 100 BTC in August. Blockchain analytics platform Santiment reports that these wallets, ranging from 10 to 10,000 BTC, have collectively accumulated over 133,000 coins worth over $7.6 billion in the last 30 days.
